Worst center. First I wanted to go for egg freezing consultation, calling team told me that this consultation is free, I also told them that Iam single, and confirmed multiple times if there is any charges, but calling team said it’s absolutely free including sonography. When I went there, center staff told me to I have to pay Rs. 2300 for sonography.Doc named Prerana Khandelwal made me feel low, acted like she is way too pro, explaining like she has by hearted the explanation that is to be explained to patients and explains the entire thing of egg freezing in 5mins and push you to go and meet finance team. She took my consultation in less than 15mins and during that time she said more than 5 times that “now go and meet finance team”. I was like have you come here to do grow your business or to understand the patients? Also during consultation, she made fun of my endometriosis cyst. The finance team are also not doctors, but they will tell you that they are also doctor.

They lure you in with promises of a "free consultation," only to demand unnecessary and costly tests, such as forcing men to undergo a sperm test even with zero days of abstinence. If you refuse, they’ll coerce you into paying exorbitant fees just to see the doctor. Within the first hour, you'll be hit with additional charges for blood tests and other procedures. If you don't comply, you're shown the door. This place is a money trap with no concern for patient care—stay away at all costs!
